I will be teaching 9:15am Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at Just Plain Yoga in Camp Hill, PA.
Monday is a Basic Vinyasa class which is suitable for beginners and those who want to maintain flexibility and moderate strength. Vinyasa means to coordinate breath with movement. There is a meditative component to this class as well.
Tuesday is Vinyasa Flow class suitable for experienced yogis and folks who want a steady pace. Movement is relatively continuous in this class but always coordinated with breath.
Thursday is Basic Hatha where we hold asana a bit longer and transitions are slower. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice by returning to beginners mind.
